Matthew McCauley. Keyboard player, composer, arranger, producer, b Ottawa 1 Apr 1954, McCauley has written scores for CBC-TV and the feature film Between Friends (1973) and, through the independent production company, McCauley Music, produced LPs by Dan Hill, Ronney Abramson, and others.

Matthew McCauley. Keyboard player, composer, arranger, producer, b Ottawa 1 Apr 1954, McCauley has written scores for CBC-TV and the feature film Between Friends (1973) and, through the independent production company, McCauley Music, produced LPs by Dan Hill, Ronney Abramson, and others. With his father, William McCauley, Matthew composed the score for the 1979 feature film City on Fire. He moved to Los Angeles in the early 1980s, where he has continued to compose music for television. In 2000 he wrote the score for the television series Andromeda, and in 2002 he was the recipient of SOCAN's (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) Domestic Non-Animated Television Series Music Award.
